This is a question we would be delighted to answer, and we are pleased to provide you with  many reasons we think your should buy your bird food, feeders and accessories from us.   The most important reason we think you should buy from us is that we are a small family run business. We are a husband and wife team with three children who help out with the orders and the social networking side of the business (they understand it more than we do!). We are very proud of our family team and think our values go a long way in understanding our customers needs and the service they are looking for when purchasing goods. On the purchasing side of things and with regard to looking after our customers, we provide savings on our seed when you buy in bulk from us, we give a free gift when purchasing seed and there is free delivery over orders over the value of £75 (delivery is next day as standard). We also provide our seed in reusable and returnable packaging and this is something we are also proud of. We are doing our bit in terms of looking after the planet and we use reusable packaging where possible. We could go on but I'm sure you understand our point. We are here to look after our customers and they always come first. Too often nowadays customers are not treated with the respect they deserve from companies when parting with their money but we know you will be happy when you decide to spend your money with us as we work hard at this.
