About Us
British Bird Food is a family run company, making our name in the wild bird seed and garden bird feeder market. Our aim is to provide an informative and reliable website, with excellent customer service, and products at great prices that exceed customer expectations, for example our seed mixes for wild birds are the best quality and price. We are developing wild bird foods including suet products, straight seeds, seed mixes and feeders and expanding our range of products and bird food accessories according to our customer's needs and feedback.

We started selling wild bird food locally at first because our love for our own garden birds meant that we talked to lots of people about feeding them. Through these discussions we found that sometimes people could not find the bird seed mixture required to feed to a certain type of bird such as thrushes and robins. Therefore, we sought our own supply of wild bird seeds and mixed our own and now we are concentrating on building our small business.
We care about the environment, and supply in small, reusable plastic packs, in a paper outer, for your convenience to handle and store, you can send them back to us free, and we will reuse them for you.
We have made it easy for you to print off an order form (see the grey 'order by post' box to the left of this page) and browse the site. Then you can write your order out in your own time, pay by cheque and send it to us freepost. If you prefer you can use the checkout facilities up to the point of paying, and then select the pay by mail order button, this will print all your details and orders on the order form for you to print, and send in the post. Of course you can also pay on line.
