Ordered a Squirrel Buster Classic. Unfortunately a heavy booted delivery operative must have stepped on it and damaged it beyond use. An email to British Bird Food resulted in a response within two hours from David apologising profusely and that a replacement had already been despatched. Replacement arrived the next day. THAT'S WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Oh. Belinda, thank you for your personal 'smiley faced' notes. Helps to cheer up the day. | |
