Insect habitat competition

Posted by British Bird Food 09/05/2015 0 Comment(s)

Beneficial Insect habitat to be won in our competition.

Enter our multi choice answer competition and chance a win of a Bee and Bug Biome worth £58.95. Beneficial insects like Ladybirds, Lacewings, Butterflies and Bees all play an important roll in your garden, they eat Aphids and Greenfly as well as Blackfly, they pollinate your plants, flowers and trees, if you are lucky and have a Hedgehog in your garden, then they will take care of your Slug and Snail population too, add a small pool or pond and you will get Toads and maybe a Frog or two and these will devour any Slugs they come across. The Bee and Bug Biome is an ideal habitat for all of the beneficial insects in your garden, with an observation pane in one side you get to see up close what the bugs get up to in their homes. Fix it to a post or fence in dappled shade and leave the rest to nature.
