Fresh water for your garden birds

Posted by British Bird Food 23/04/2014 0 Comment(s)
Our latest new product is the Tower water feeder from Tom Chambers. Providing your garden birds with fresh water all year round is an essential part of being a responsible bird feeder. Wild garden birds will happily drink from puddles, ponds and bird baths, but in reality they are much better cared for in terms of health if they have access to fresh clean water. Wild birds are not too fussy about where they deposit their bodily functions and this will often be in the bird bath, this can lead to spread of disease within the birds community. So for that reason it is much better to provide a separate drinking station or feeder for the wild birds to drink from.
