Customer Feedback

Posted by British Bird Food 03/12/2012 0 Comment(s)
We have been inundated recently with positive comments regarding our bird seed and accessories. We pride ourselves on proving good quality, hand mixed seed and we think this pays dividends when it comes to keeping our customers happy, which is what it is all about! We would like to share a few of our most recent comments from our customers with you, and you can make your own mind up as to whether we provide a good service."Belated thanks for the prompt delivery of the bird food and especially for the gift of the Suet Balls. We've not tried these before but they are already proving popular with the Blue Tits.  Your packaging survived the journey very well and I was pleased to see that your Winter Mix is of a much higher quality than is offered by some of your competitors (who tend to include a lot of wheat and other things only of interest to Pigeons).""Thought i'd drop you a quick e-mail to thank you for your super quick delivery and advice on Squirrel Busters. The Squirrels already look annoyed!""Here I am again, you still beat all the suppliers. Gutted I went elsewhere locally. No comparison with your standard of seed mixes and the birds say 'Thank goodness she's back with you!'.""Just took delivery  of my bird food. Thank you so much for your excellent service including the really useful time slots for courier delivery of goods. It is so nice not to have to wait around all day waiting for a parcel that may not turn up. A gold medal I think!"These are only a handful of the recent comments we have had back from our customers. We are very proud of the positive feedback we receive so if you purchase anything from us over Christmas, please let us know what you think of our service and we will endeavour to put your comments on our website.Follow us on Twitter @BritishBirdFood or 'like' us on Facebook.
