The Onyx seed feeders have their own seed tray, should you require it, specially designed to fit snugly around the base and with a hook on the fixing thread, with means you can hang something below the feeder ( a half coconut maybe) as well as give the birds a second chance at cleaning up the spilled seeds. Also the seed tray will act as a base for ground feeding birds and larger bird to get a perch onto.
