With a generous sized hopper it can easily be filled with peanuts and becomes an ideal feeder to attract (or distract, as the case may be) Squirrels to the area of garden you wish to attract them to.

Siting your Squirrel Feeder:-

Locate the squirrel feeder in an easy place for access to fill it and away from bird feeding areas. 

Squirrels are amusing to watch in their antics as they feed and play, so it should be in a place where you can see it easliy. Once the Squirrels have found the location of the feeder they will be back on a regular basis, but it may take a few days or weeks for them to find it so a little patience is required, but will soon be rewarded.
