In addition, two feeding cups can be filled with butterfly food attractant or sugar and water mix. The cassette can be replaced with the supplied feeding sponge to offer an additional feeding area at peak times.

Site the feeder in a visible warm place, ideally to catch the morning sun. The MBFE can be hung from a fence, tree or similar, or can be stood on a flat surface.

The butterfly and moth feeder is designed for wild creatures and they may well find that other insects come to enjoy the food on offer. If you do not see any activity in the appropriate season, move the box to another location close to flowers and read the instructions supplied with the product carefully.
