Dehulled sunflowers provide a rich source of oil and calorific energy for your garden birds, and because they have had the husk removed, there will be no waste, and so they represent good value for money.
Sunflower hearts are loved by all wild birds and will certainly attract Goldfinch, Bullfinch, Greenfinch, Blue Tit, Great Tit, Coal Tit, Dunnock, Sparrow, Wren, and Siskin.
Sunflower hearts can be fed from hanging seed feeders, or from a table.

Our Sunflower hearts are top quality 'baker grade' - premium, whole dehulled sunflower seeds, and  do not contain sunflower chips and they come to you in re-usable grip seal bags, which make it easier for you to handle and store. Send the bags back via our free post address, and we will re-use them for you. If we re-use 10,000 bags in a year, it will save as much energy as turning off 1,000 bulbs for one hour.

TIP – If you use a hanging tube feeder, use one with a tray fixed to the base, this will catch any spillage and the birds will clean it up.
